RESOLUTION HONORING BARBARA GODBY

RESOLUTION #02-030

WHEREAS, Barbara Godby began her employment with the Ingham County MSU Cooperative Extension Office as a 4-H Youth Program Assistant; and

WHEREAS, as a 4-H Youth Program Assistant, Barbara was committed to and passionate about empowering thousands of youth and adults to improve their lives through volunteer and leadership opportunities; and

WHEREAS, during her many years of service, Barbara remained focused on "making the best better" in Ingham County; and

WHEREAS, on January 25, 2002, Barbara will be retiring from her position.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor Barbara Godby for over 21 years of dedicated service to the Ingham County MSU Cooperative Extension Office and the citizens of Ingham County.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board appreciates the contributions and commitment she has made to the community and wishes her continued success in her future endeavors.
